I assume that you're referring to the front headlight panel. I've never heard this mentioned anyplace else; where did you learn this? When you install your new blower unit you'll find a rubber sealing collar at the very top of the white plastic housing; it will probably be in bad shape, so try to have a new (or decent used) one on hand. They MAY still be available through dealers; can't give you the part number now, I'm not at home. Do you know about the site GCP.se? You can download the entire 164 factory parts catalog.
